Concerning prohibitions on the establishment of parent-child relationships in which there are multiple parents of the same sex.

Bill Summary: Prohibits the issuance of a new birth certificate with more than one female or more than one male parent. Proscribes the maintenance of a maternity suit in which the birth mother is known and a female is seeking maternity with the birth mother. Disallows the maintenance of a paternity suit in which the birth father is known and a male is seeking paternity with the birth father.
